Within the last 3 years

If you were previously registered as a Nurse Practitioner in PEI within the last 3 years, you can apply for reinstatement of your registration, using the Reinstatement application process found on the Applicant Portal.

Beyond the last 3 years

If you were previously registered as a Nurse Practitioner in PEI beyond the last 3 years, you must complete a new application for NP found on the Applicant Portal.
